Kevin previously worked within the pharmaceutical industry as a Developer and IT Support Technician. Initially concentrating on development, he gradually transitioned into providing first-line support to end users, as well as supporting the company infrastructure. One of Kevin's recent projects has been to provide technical and logistical input into merging two offices into a single, purpose-built facility to support over 100 users.
