ServerGuard is designed to complement your IT team or IT manager allowing them to focus energy and time on end-user support. We take full responsibility and become accountable for a defined configuration of servers and server systems and provide third-line support to your own technical team.

 

The agreement might cover only a single server system (such as an Exchange server) or your entire server and system infrastructure.

 

Typically, the IT teams we work with through ServerGuard are competent at the desktop technology level, but may need a point of escalation for the kinds of issues that are not so commonly seen or not so easy to resolve at the server-side.
